El tapatío Guillermo del Toro, nominado al Oscar por “El callejón de las almas perdidas”

La Academia de Hollywood anunció este martes a los nominados para los Premios Oscar 2022 para su 94ta edición anual.
En esta edición hay buenas noticias para los mexicanos como Guillermo del Toro y su película "El callejón de las almas perdidas" ("Nightmare Alley"), que consiguió 4 nominaciones los Premios Oscar 2022.
De hecho, “El callejón de las almas perdidas" competirá en las categorías: Diseño de vestuario, cinematografía, diseño de producción y mejor película.
Para dar paso a los Juegos Olímpicos, la ceremonia de los Oscar 2022 será el 27 de marzo. Y por segundo año consecutivo, se desarrollarán durante la pandemia.
Este año, la ceremonia número 94 de La Academia de Hollywood se realizará en marzo en Los Ángeles y el director mexicano tendrá la posibilidad nuevamente de alzarse con la estatuilla dorada a través de estas nominaciones como ya sucedió en el 2018 cuando se coronó en las más importantes categorías gracias a su película “La forma del agua”.
